THINK AS GOD DOES

"You are thinking not as God does,
but as human beings do.”
Matthew 16:23

Whenever we think of something, we always try to see whether it is logical and possible based on the realities of life we have learned or on our own personal experiences. Anything beyond this falls under our imagination, wish or dream.

The Lord gave us the power to think as He does and such power is called "Faith". As the Lord said, "If you have faith, you can move mountains".

Do not limit your thinking to be like any other human, think the way God thinks and for sure, greater things will unfold before your very eyes.
Lord, you are the Christ, the Son of the living God! With you, all things are possible and you always work for good to those who love you. Whatever comes out of your mouth is the absolute truth and my faith in you has made me who I am and what I am today. I claim the power of my faith in you to reveal to me the things that I must do in order to receive all the riches and glory that is in you. Align my thoughts into yours so that in all things, you may be praised and glorified. With much faith I pray, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Consequently, methodical research in all branches of knowledge, provided it is carried out in a truly scientific manner and does not override moral laws, can never conflict with the faith, because the things of the world and the things of faith derive from the same God. The humble and persevering investigator of the secrets of nature is being led, as it were, by the hand of God in spite of himself, for it is God, the conserver of all things, who made them what they are. -- Gaudium et Spes

The believer's act [of faith] does not terminate in the propositions, but in the realities [which they express]. -- St. Thomas Aquinas

This synthesis of faith was not made to accord with human opinions, but rather what was of the greatest importance was gathered from all the Scriptures, to present the one teaching of the faith in its entirety. And just as the mustard seed contains a great number of branches in a tiny grain, so too this summary of faith encompassed in a few words the whole knowledge of the true religion contained in the Old and the New Testaments. -- St. Cyril of Jerusalem

Prayer

Lord, I live by faith in you.

Nothing can separate me from the love you have for me.

You have given me a blessing of oneness with you, so that in everything I do and work for, you will be honored and glorified.
He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred which redeems them from the transgressions under the first covenant (Hebrews 9:15).
