FAITH PROMISE FULFILLED

For in it is revealed the righteousness of God
from faith to faith; as it is written,
“The one who is righteous by faith will live.”
Romans 1:17

PROMISE TO ABRAHAM

"No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. - Romans 4:20-21

That is why his faith was "reckoned to him as righteousness." But the words, "it was reckoned to him," were written not for his sake alone, but for ours also. It will be reckoned to us who believe in him that raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was put to death for our trespasses and raised for our justification. - Romans 4:22-25

PROMISE TO DAVID

"Forever I will maintain my kindness toward him, and my covenant with him stands firm.” - Psalm 89:29

PROMISE FULFILLED

Through Him we have received the grace of apostleship, to bring about the obedience of faith, for the sake of His name, among all the Gentiles, among whom are you also, who are called to belong to Jesus Christ. -Romans 1:5-6

Paul, a slave of Christ Jesus, called to be an Apostle and set apart for the Gospel of God, which he promised previously through his prophets in the holy Scriptures, the Gospel about his Son, descended from David according to the flesh, 4 but established as Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness through resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 1:1-3

Prayer

Lord, I live by faith in you.

Nothing can separate me from the love you have for me.

You have given me a blessing of oneness with you, so that in everything I do and work for, you will be honored and glorified.
He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred which redeems them from the transgressions under the first covenant (Hebrews 9:15).
